Reset character position

There are instance that your character will encounter a bug because of its location in game. This will cause you unable to login your specific character. Below are the steps on how to fix it.

STEP 1

Go to www.void-ro.com and login you account.

STEP 2

Head to "My Account"

STEP 3

Just scroll down until you see the list of your characters and choose the character you want to reset its position.

STEP 4

Now the character information will be show. Just simply click the name of the character as shown in the picture.

STEP 5

You will now see the "reset position" option. Just click it and you are good to go. Head back to the game and try to login your character.
